Changes to terms on anonymous accounts on URL Shortener (primarily due to misuse).

If you have a free anonymous short link on our site then unfortunately due to misuse and mostly malicious links being created and used, anonymous accounts can no longer use redirection scripts as part of their linking strategy.

For example, if your link points to a redirection service or automated redirection script this is no longer permitted for this type of account, there are very few reasons for linking to another redirection service anyway.

We apologise to our genuine users who require this type of service but any link created should go directly to the target site or page, in registered accounts we will re-introduce this capability but for now it is omitted.
